Hey Everyone, I'm Jeanne-Marie, the proud owner and groomer-in-chief at Totally Pawsome 🐾
I am a dog mama to my first love, Juno and a human mama to Enola. You can always find me with a Dunkin' Iced Coffee and Avocado Toast. I am vegan and into natural beauty products. On my days off I enjoy hiking with my girls, our favorite place being the Poconos or on some other random adventure.
With 15 years of grooming experience under my belt and 2 years at this pupper paradise, I've dedicated myself to providing a top-notch experience for your furry friends. At Totally Pawsome, it's all about giving your pups the royal treatment they deserve.
From nose to tail, we offer a full-service grooming experience that's stress-free and tailored to your dog's needs. We're all about keeping it natural, using only the best products that are gentle on your furry companion's skin and coat.
And here's the cherry on top: we offer cage-free options if needed because we believe every dog deserves to feel free and comfortable during their spa day.

What if my dog is not comfortable or can be aggressive?If you have a dog with aggression during grooming, you absolutely must put your dog on a 4-8 week schedule so I can work my best to try to get your baby used to the process and tolerate it better. This for my safety and also, for your dogs. We recommend pre-booking all of these appointments.

Can I prebook sessions?You can prebook sessions and we recommend rebooking multiple to get the timeslots you want. Also, to ensure you are able to get your desired date and time, you may rebook up to two appointments upon check out.

What if I need to cancel?Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you have to cancel or reschedule. Otherwise there will be a cancellation fee added to your next appointment. No call No shows are subjected to not being rescheduled.

Do you have a policy for lateness?Please be on time to your appointments. Lateness beyond 15 minutes must be rescheduled. This Is to make sure I have space the various needs of other dogs.

What payments do you accept?We take all major credit cards and cash. Tips are never expected but always appreciated (cash tips preferred)
